Charter Policy

You MUST have a dive watch or computer, a dive knife or tool and a snorkel on your person to dive on our charter. You need the timing device to plan your dive and to time your dive at depth to avoid DCS. You need a dive knife or tool to cut through the monofiliment fishing line that is endemic to the wrecks off of our coast. Should you come up away from the boat without air in your tank, a snorkel is necessary to protect your airway. Should you need either, we have both for sale in our shop and computer rentals are $20.00 each.

Return Policy

We will accept items for return, exchange or store credit only if they are returned within 10 days of purchase and are accompanied by a receipt.

Purchases made by check have a mandatory ten (10) day waiting period before exchange or credit can be issued.

Course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as are GIFT CERTIFICATES!

Special Orders

We will gladly special order items with a minimum 50% deposit: however, special orders that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned Checks

All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee . Failure to make good on a returned check will result in prosecution.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy - should you cancel your reservation within the 48-hour period, you will be charged for the full charter amount. No reservation will be made without full payment with cash, check, Mastercard or Visa

Travel Refund

All travel deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Trip pricing subject to change due to the volatile nature of fuel at this time.
